This unusual bronze pedestal is from a French vessel and I think that it is from a Naval vessel. Can anyone shed some light on what it was used for.
Degrees are from 0-200 .Cast from Bronze, with a glass top – this covers a steering indicator arrow.
Makers name is cast into the top.
