Excellent Vintage Francis Searchlight Table Lamp
A superb vintage Francis Searchlight, manufactured by Francis Searchlights of Bolton, Lancashire, England., the ‘Rolls Royce’ of yacht and ships searchlights. An exquisite antique, a beautiful piece of functional decor and an important piece of yacht or motor boat chandlery, all in one.
Featuring a highly polished brass body, substantial pedestal mounting and original adjustable controls. The maker’s plate identifies it as Type M1347, 12 volt, 150 watt, serial number 568. A large glazed front, internal reflector and beautifully engineered fittings. Rewired and upgraded for use in the home as a table-lamp. Luxury fabric flex with inline switch.
