There would have been a few of these but not many, a gorgeous huge badge from one of the gates of famous Dockyard, HMS Osprey..
HMS Osprey was a Royal Navy anti-submarine training establishment located at Portland, Dorset, from 1924 to 1999, with a temporary relocation to Dunoon, Scotland, during World War II. The name has also been borne by five Royal Navy ships and a smaller base in Belfast. RNAS Portland, an air station for helicopter operations, was part of the HMS Osprey establishment from 1959 to 1999.
