One for the serious collectors or historic ship restorers, a very rare US Navy Danforth style anchor of WW2 vintage by Northill, the ‘Fleet’ model. Galvanised steel, makers name and pattern & serial numbers clearly embossed in shaft.
I would love to know what type of ship it was from, or even destined for at the time, as it appears to be unused.
