Vintage aluminium ships portholes, reclaimed, refurbished and repurposed into these elegant mirrors. A quality and charm that can’t be manufactured as well as being sustainable, the portholes have travelled in some cases a million miles at sea and are now ready for a new life ashore. Aluminium buttons cover the holes the reverse framed with Burmese teak salvaged from the decking of the same ships.

Best of all, whilst I can still find these portholes at the ship-breakers and am able to replace this stock, we can keep this range at extremely affordable prices, to counteract reproduction and ‘throw-away decor’.
