A Swedish commemorative brass and canvas diving boot:, the standard diving boot mounted on a section of charred decking with plaque inscribed 'Jack Armedykarna', the boot stamped with Swedish Navy triple crown marks and dated '47', 58cm long. * see page 154, vol 2, 'Diving Helmets and Equipment Through The Ages'.
Believed to refer to the Swedish Army Diving Unit, adding an intriguing element of provenance.
